From a boardroom to a 700 attendee conference or a medium size expo/trade show we have a suite to suit. All suites have easy access to food & beverage areas, reception, breakout areas, cloakroom and toilet facilities. Seating in a variety of styles; from theatre, lecture to conference mode.

Technology

From business meetings to conferences we have the in-house technology to assist you. Including digital projectors,a sound system, fast Internet access, network and charger points. Would you like your event recorded? Would you like to provide live access to candidates that cannot physically attend? We have all the technology and skills required to deliver a successful event.

Catering

Freshly prepared inhouse we offer an extensive range of options, from our renowned North India Punjabi influenced cuisine and English, Continental & American menus. Hot or cold, we offer a full waitress served meal through to a cold self-service buffet, platters. breakfasts, lunch and evening meals. Alternatively, you may just require tea & coffee we are totally flexible.

Location

With parking potential onsite for 150 cars, close access to Wolverhampton train station, West Midlands Metro, bus & taxi services. For attendees arriving from outside the area the M54, M6 & M5 are within close proximity.

Key to the success of any event is the preparation and planning beforehand. Our events team will help you plan every aspect of your proposed business occasion.

Our six rooms, 2 locations conference centres have been designed to offer maximum flexibility. With soundproof full height screening we are able to open the entire floor space or divide it into separate rooms, each with their own access. This unique format means that you can have the event you want in the way you want it. The rooms are suitable for seated events and exhibitions.

Our chef & catering staff aim to provide something special for every occasion, from an extensive range of sandwiches & buffets to a 3-course dinner. You may only require a coffee during your meeting or you may decide to dine with us at anytime during the day, whatever your choice, we’re sure we can cater for your needs. We offer organic, vegetarian, vegan choices and will adapt meals for those with dietary restrictions (by prior arrangement). WS10 is a nut free establishment.

Our bars include a large selection of draught beers and a selection of wines and spirits. We also have a refreshing range of non-alcoholic drinks, served cold, and at very reasonable prices .

We make sure to test computers, internet connections, projectors, and other audio visual equipment before the day to make sure everything is in working order. On the day of the event there will be help on hand for attendees and presenters should an issue arise.

Business delegates receive fast, no charge easy to access WiFi, broadband is provided throughout both locations.

All tables & chairs and freshly laundered covers are provided at no extra charge. We also keep a well stocked stationery and tech leads cupboard, so we have it ready and we will not let you forget a thing !!
