Its your special occasion and you will be given plenty of opportunities to express your individuality throughout the day. From the initial show around to the event itself, we will be there to make sure your dreams become a reality.
Table Design
Your guests may well spend a good portion of the occasion around a table, both the room layout and the table décor will be under your influence. Tell us your preferences and we will assist you in creating a theme for the occasion.
Room Choice
For a small more intimate occasion our rooms at WS10 are ideal. For celebrations with more guests we recommend you consider our very popular ‘Canal Suite’ for up to 500 guests. Our largest suite is the Balcony Suite on the 2nd floor at ICB and is suitably for up to 600 guests. All rooms are served by licenced bars and state-of-the-art kitchens
Catering Choices
Freshly prepared inhouse we offer an extensive range of options, from our renowned North India Punjabi influenced cuisine and English, Caribbean, Continental & American menus. Hot or cold we offer a full waitress served meal through to cold self-served buffet platters. Breakfast, lunch and evening.
Inhouse DJ
All suites include a stage and dance floor. What is your preference? Would you like ‘live music’ a ‘DJ’ or maybe both. We can provide entertainment based an almost all genres of music. Alternatively, you may have someone in mind.
